Payment is due at time of service and cash, check or credit cards are accepted. We do not accept insurance, however you are welcome to use your HSA or Flex Plan Account for services. All services will have a 2% Minnesota Care tax added. Please understand that a missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $30 fee for the scheduled appointment.
